Charles is THE best. He works with me at my pace, guides me towards my goals, and holds me accountable.

I was having mobility issues for years with my hip. Charles helped me regain my mobility and confidence through a workout plan catered to my body and fitness level. He recommended dry needling, and I’m terrified of needles, but I trusted him, especially after the great mobility progress I had. He completely put me at ease, and any residual pain from my hip was gone after the dry needling. I’m young in my twenties and YEARS had gone by with hip pain. When I finally let Charles work his magic, the rest of my hip issue was solved. I’ll never doubt him again. Seriously, I have a whole new lease on life. And I look great too.

Charles is the definition of magic hands!
I went to him for my shoulder/Lat after I failed snatch and was in terrible pain. With a competition in just 3 weeks, Charles had my shoulder and lat ready to take on my first RX comp! Very professional, always making sure i am comfortable with the plan for the session, caring and communication is top tier!

The Wizard of Wayne! Charles successfully diagnosed and healed my hip/knee pain within 3 visits. After my injury, I had become fearful of further injuring myself by doing simple every day tasks/mechanics and slowly fell out of love with the gym. After 6 months with other doctors, treatments, and hundreds spent I was losing hope of feeling pain free again. Fast forward to scheduling with RX Physical Therapy… from the intake, to the explanation of what’s happening, to the treatment plan, his method was unlike any other. Charles at Rx Physical Therapy is the man! He’s a problem solver and gets to the root of your issues and guides you back to health. Super encouraging through the whole process and very knowledgeable about the human body. The man DOES his job. I’ve been to him for shoulder pain and he guided me back to strict pull ups. RX Physical therapy has put me as their patient first, and after a sports injury and surgery that feels great. I have been recovering at my pace because my PT, Charles, has met my needs and self designs all the workouts to push me but also support me. I was reluctant to start at first due to the intensity and discomfort I experienced post-op but every day since I have been improving, feeling great, and working towards recovery. I cannot recommend RX PT enough for anyone who has endured an injury and is looking to have their PT specialized by such a knowledgeable professional, who provides you with supportive information. Charles is so knowledgeable and very passionate about his work that I trust to go to him when I’m having any issues with body and muscle movement. He pays attention to what you’re feeling and also what your body is saying and makes sure your session is working towards the main issue and resolving it. Charles was recommended to me by one of the coaches at CrossFit Treehouse. For years I had suffered from back pain that was bad enough that I couldn't bend to pick something off the floor and even had issues walking up stairs. I saw Charles and he told me what was going on and gave me a plan of action to resolve it in 6 weeks. I gave it a shot though was skeptical at first. After a week or two of seeing him and doing what he told me to do at home I noticed my back pain was significantly better. It's been nearly a month since I've seen him, and my back pain is still gone.  He focuses on his patients and answers any questions you ask him. One can tell he seriously tries to put himself in the patients shoes every time you see him, so you get the best care possible.
